Microsoft voices need to be installed in the Program Files folders, so it makes sense that the NeoSpeech voices might also need to be in the same area in order to get the necessary low-level system permissions required to work properly. This must be my lucky day, I stumbled on this gem while looking for another software. This collection was put together by someone on Demonoid and it’s around 16.93 GB and has pretty much one of the most requested voices. From AT&T to Nuance, this pack has it all. To use this pack you need to have Text-Speech functions on your system, Windows 7 supports it by default. I used the AT&T Voice in Windows Xp and it was great and sort of matched the tone of a real human being but I didn’t bother finding other sets. Luckily now I don’t need too, since this amazing torrent contain some amazing voices that you can’t find easily. It’s a rare gem in the torrenting world.
